A neighborhood is a community inside a market. Each one goes to one agent. We show what is open and what is claimed, never who holds it.
A market is a city or town, or a named part of a large city. It has a set number of agent seats, based on how many homes sell there in a year. When it is full, the next agent joins the waitlist.

Neighborhood claims
Claim a neighborhood and its content runs on your brand only. Pro includes one claim; Team and each Agency agent seat include three. The first 25 claims in each metro are founding claims. A founding claim keeps the agent's plan at the standard price of the day they claimed it, for as long as the subscription stays active. The full founding-claim terms are being added to our Terms of Service.
Market seats
A seat in your home market comes with the Pro, Team and Agency plans. Seats are limited, not exclusive: a busy market has a few, a small town has one. You can add seats in other markets from your brand page.
