When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, real estate license information, and billing details.
To distribute content on your behalf, we collect and securely store OAuth tokens and API credentials for your connected social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
We collect brand information you provide (logos, colors, voice preferences), avatar recordings or selections, and the AI-generated video content produced through our platform.
We collect engagement metrics from your social media posts, including views, likes, shares, comments, and follower growth data across connected platforms.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and actions taken within the application.

When you connect a social account, Adrez.ai requests only the permissions needed to publish content you have approved and to confirm the connected account. We do not sell or share data obtained from these platforms.
Google / YouTube. When you connect a YouTube channel, Adrez.ai requests the youtube.readonly and youtube.upload scopes. We use youtube.readonly only to read the identity of your channel (channel ID and name) so we can confirm the connected account, display it in your dashboard, and verify that uploads succeeded. We use youtube.upload only to publish the short-form videos you have reviewed and approved to your own channel. We do not read your private videos, comments, or subscriber data beyond what is needed to confirm the connection. The use by Adrez.ai of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold or shared, and OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are revoked and deleted immediately upon disconnection or account deletion.
TikTok. When you connect a TikTok account, Adrez.ai requests user.info.basic to confirm the connected account, and video.upload and video.publish to post the videos you approve to your own account, with the commercial-content disclosure setting available to you. We do not access your private messages or analytics beyond post results, and we do not sell or share TikTok user data. Tokens are stored encrypted and deleted on disconnection.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram). When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, Adrez.ai uses the granted permissions solely to publish approved videos to the account you selected and to confirm the connection. We do not access private data beyond what is required for publishing, and we do not sell or share Meta user data. Tokens are stored encrypted and deleted on disconnection.
